Generic feed in XML and JSON

A link any outside system can read, with a token you can rotate and a visit count.

What it is for

The Generic feed delivers your listed properties to any system that reads XML or JSON. It sits in the list with the other portals.

Format and link

Format chooses XML or JSON. Changing it changes the end of the link, and the previous address stops answering. Whoever holds the link can read it, so it works like a password.

The fields

Every listing carries the same fields in both formats, under schema webprop.feed.v1. Their names stay in English in every language:

  • id, code, url: its stable identifier, the agency's code and its public address.
  • title, description, operation, property_type: what it is, in the agency's language.
  • price, currency, area, bedrooms, bathrooms: its figures.
  • city, neighbourhood, address, latitude, longitude: where it is. A hidden address is absent, and the coordinates are the public ones.
  • featured, photos, amenities, contact, updated_at: the rest, with the contact you chose for this feed.

Sample in XML

A short sample of the XML format:

<feed schema="webprop.feed.v1" generated_at="2026-11-02T12:00:00Z" total="1">
  <company>
    <name>My Agency</name>
    <email>[email protected]</email>
  </company>
  <listings>
    <listing>
      <id>property_abc123</id>
      <title>Apartment with a view</title>
      <operation>sale</operation>
      <price>250000.0</price>
      <currency>USD</currency>
      <photos>
        <photo>https://example.com/1.jpg</photo>
      </photos>
    </listing>
  </listings>
</feed>

Sample in JSON

The same sample in JSON:

{
  "schema": "webprop.feed.v1",
  "generated_at": "2026-11-02T12:00:00Z",
  "total": 1,
  "company": { "name": "My Agency", "email": "[email protected]" },
  "listings": [
    {
      "id": "property_abc123",
      "title": "Apartment with a view",
      "operation": "sale",
      "price": 250000.0,
      "currency": "USD",
      "photos": ["https://example.com/1.jpg"]
    }
  ]
}

Rotating the token and counting visits

Rotate token replaces the link at once, so whoever uses it needs the new one. Total visits, Visits in the last 30 days and Last visit count real reads, and rotating keeps them. See the feed shows the same content without counting a visit.
